Snipline is no longer actively developed but operation will continue as normal.
First of all I want to say a big thank you for all of the users of Snipline throughout the years! It has been very rewarding to have people share my workflow for command line snippets.
Snipline has always been a very niche service with limited interest. It has served its purpose for me but over time some fantastic alternatives have sprung up which, in my opinion, offer better workflows and better value.
What happens now?
Operation will continue as normal, the only difference is registration to new users is closed. If you have recently subscribed or renewed and would like to cancel , please reach out at hello@snipline.io and I’ll get it sorted.
What alternatives do you recommend?
Espanso - Free and available on all platforms.
Atuin - Their Desktop app looks very interesting especially for teams.
